Credential Manager terms of service regulations

1  Acceptance and the use of Credential Manager Terms and Conditions

1.1 Your access to and use of Credential Manager is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Credential Manager website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Credential Manager website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the website and may ask us to terminate your account.

1.2 Additionally upon validating your email after initially joining you are marked as an active member.  You must be an active member in order to access the Credential Manager area.  

1.3 Credential Manager is a G-Rated website.  We do NOT allow ANY non-G rated material or content anywhere on the site.  If you post ANYTHING that is non-G rated your membership can be deleted without notification.  This is a very serious matter as we cant have any pages being promoted that contain anything non-G rated.  If you want to post porn sites or porn material, please just cancel your membership and go elsewhere.

2  Credit card details

2.1 All billing for fees & upgrades are done through Stripe and NO Credit card info is stored on Credential Manger.

3  Legal advice

3.1 The contents of the Credential Manager website do not constitute any legal advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any legal decision.

4  Change of Use

Credential Manager reserves the right to:

4.1  Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Credential Manager website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Credential Manager shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.

4.2  Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Credential Manager website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

5  Links to Third Party Websites

This Credential Manager website may include links to third party websites (See Credential Manager below) that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that Credential Manager is not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

6  Copyright

6.1  All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Credential Manager or otherwise used by Credential Manager as permitted by law.

6.2  None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

7  Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1  The Credential Manager website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

7.2  To the extent permitted by law, Credential Manager will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.

7.3  Credential Manager makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

7.4  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Credential Manager for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Credential Manager or that of its employees or agents.

8  Indemnity

8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Credential Manager and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Credential Manager arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.

9  Severance

9.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Terms or Conditions shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

10  MLM Sites on the system

10.1 All pages and sites in the Credential Manager public area go through a filtration process so that we make sure the websites in Credential Manager are NOT scams.

10.2 If you are adding a CONSUMER (Product/Service) based system, then it will not be filtered. However with that said, we do filter known scams by domain so that they are not added to the Credential Manager public area.

10.3 This is very serious because we do NOT want to be a vehicle for promoting anything & everything. It isn't a free for all and there are rules that we must ALL follow.

11  General Memberships

11.1 All content from any of the tools provided must be G-Rated and we reserve the right to refuse service for infringement of the G-Rated policy.

11.2 Additionally all content must be LEGAL with no hate or any illegal activity.

11.3 All Business related content goes through an approval process until the member has proven their ability to follow the rules.

11.4 If the member does make a mistake it will be forgiven, but if the mistake repeats itself, membership can be suspended or even terminated.

12 Credential Manager (Public area)

12.1 Credential Manager serves as a directory of websites for Internet based services and in no way can be held accountable for anything that these Services do, whether it is illegal or unethical. If you know of such with any of the Services in the Database please let us know immediately and upon investigation that service will be removed from the Database and put into filtration to keep it out of the Credential Manager database if it is found to be doing any illegal activity.

12.2 Credential Manager is Not the Administrator for any of the websites and we can not fix anything that is wrong with the Websites themselves and are not responsible for them. We can fix our Database or any issue that comes up with the services WE offer, which is a Database Management system for these Internet Website Services. However each of them is their own entity and although we have good relationships with some of them and can help in many cases, we do not have control over any of the Websites at all.

12.3 All members must use the services responsibly and for the purpose they are intended for.  

12.4 We give no guarantee the Database will always be available. We are not responsible for any data loss on your Computer, or in the Database itself. This is a service provided for you and all back-up procedures and best efforts made to keep the integrity of the Database for our Users is always our #1 priority. However we are not responsible for Acts of God, nor will we be responsible for corruption of the database or any interruption of service by the hosting company.  Credential Manager will make all best efforts to provide quality and uninterrupted access to the Database. This means that if the server goes down or an act of God occurs and all data is lost, it is your data and you are ultimately responsible for your own set of backups. 

12.5 All of the Website Services in Credential Manager will require User Information if you are using it for storage purposes. As an example of User Information, the Referral URL is your Affiliate Website for that Service.  It is the users responsibility to make sure that all information is put in correctly. Credential Manager is in no way responsible for information put into the site activation record that is wrong or a different URL, such as a Login link for another Service. 

12.6 Make sure that you put your information in correctly so that the Database will work for you as it is intended on doing. Remember too that you are responsible for all your information and the results.

12.7 Credential Manager can't be responsible for your own management of your Credential Manager username & password.  We recommend you keep those credentials in a SAFE place that ONLY you have access to.  Do not share them with ANYONE.  If you do, you may be exposing your credentials to someone you don't want to.

12.8 Domain Filtration: Credential Manager reserves the right to filter any domain from entering the system for any reason.  Credential Manager doesn't need a reason and just might not like the domain or may be protecting members from known scams.  There is a filtration system in place and it is enforced by the programming.  We apologize for any inconvenience if the site you are trying to activate in the public area is in the filtration system.  If it is filtered (Flagged), you will not be able to activate it in the public area.  If you want to activate a Flagged website you may do so in the Personal websites area, explained below.

12.9 Standard Membership: Basic 'Standard' members of Credential Manager can activate up to a total of 125 websites with their personal & marketing credentials in the public activation's or the personal activation's area.  Any more than that will require an upgrade to Standard Plus or CM Pro membership.  The upgrade is a small One-Time payment and is a lifetime of membership that includes all future scheduled upgrades.

12.10 Domain Monitoring:  All websites in the public area are monitored every 12 hours daily for activity and the ability to render.  If a website in the public area goes down or is no longer rendering then the site is put into a holding area for the Admin to determine if the website is truly down.  If the website is truly down, then it is deleted from the database and all activation's associated with this site are also deleted and removed from all members accounts.

13 Personal Websites (Non-Public area)

13.1  Credential Manager also provides an area called "Personal Websites" that is NOT in the public area of Credential Manager.  When the member adds a new website to the personal website area it is NOT put into the category page, recent page or even in the search results pages.  If someone were to do a search for any new site put into the personal website area it would not be displayed.

13.2 The new websites added to this area are not put anywhere with the exception of the personal websites activation area.  This means they are not even added to the Admin back end panel of website services added to Credential Manager.  The personal websites area is completely exclusive and a private area for activation's for all members.

13.3 Because the personal website area is completely exclusive, even Flagged websites can be added to the personal websites area for activation.  If the member wants to manage a known scam that is up to the member.  

13.4 All new sites added to the personal websites area are to be monitored and maintained by the member.  The "Domain Monitoring" is not in force within the personal website area.  This means if the website goes down or is no longer operational, Credential Manager will not put it in holding for review.  The member must determine if the site is still available and if it is not, the member can elect to delete the activation.

13.5 All websites in the personal website area for the login link is also not monitored by the system.  The member is responsible for putting in the correct login link for all services activated in the personal website area.  The member can click the edit button for any website selected in the activation's block and edit the login link field.  The login button for any site selected will be tied to the login link defined, or to the main domain if no login link is defined.

13.6 All websites in the non-activation's block from the personal website area are from the sites that have already been added to the system on the public side, and are there for the convenience of the member to use in activating any additional sites that they want to manage.  Any website activated here will be put into the members personal website activation's area only.

14 Member Termination

14.1 If a member breaks any of the rules they are subject to termination from membership with Credential Manager permanently. This includes all of the rules of operations disclosed in the Credential Manager Guidelines document.  If termination occurs within the 14 day guarantee period, their subscription will be canceled and monies refunded.  It takes 3-10 business days to refund membership fees.

14.2 All member emails are Double-Checked after they validate to make sure they are using VALID active emails.  Additionally, if you are sent an email and it bounces your email is checked again.  Upon checking, if there is any question as to the validity of the email your membership is deleted immediately.  It is up to the Member to make sure the email they are using is in good working order.

14.3 If a member cancels their account within 14 days of signing up for membership, and asks for a refund, they will receive the refund with no questions asked.  It takes 3-10 business days to refund membership fees.

15 Governing Law 

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
