Description
The Justice Department today announced settlements with two physician groups, EmCare Inc. (EmCare) and Physicians Alliance Ltd (PAL), for allegedly receiving illegal remuneration in exchange for patient referrals to hospitals owned by the now-defunct Health Management Associates (HMA).
