A Greensboro, North Carolina, business owner pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia to filing a fraudulent tax return, announced Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Richard Zuckerman of the Justice Departments Tax Division and Acting U.S. Attorney Rick A. Mountcastle for the Western District of Virginia.
