A Maryland man who bought, improved and sold residential real estate was sentenced to 36 months in prison announced Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General Stuart M. Goldberg of the Justice Departments Tax Division and Acting U.S. Attorney Stephen M. Schenning for the District of Maryland.
